Hi-Hat Cupcakes



... a bit of a project

... don't expect to go from start to finish in a couple hours

... but they are SSOO worth the work!

    They most definitely are!! Pure melting sugary yummness :) I kept them in the freezer until my whole family was well enough to enjoy them. Thanks so much. They were delicious.
