If you love the food at Rancho de Tia Rosa over near Lindsay & McKellips in Mesa but it's a bit of a drive for you, I think you'll be excited to know that they are opening two new locations this spring. A taqueria on Baseline Rd just east of Gilbert Rd is supposed to open in the next few weeks and a new restaurant & taqueria is opening in Chandler near Dobson & Germann Rds. YEAH! Just had to share!!

Yummmmm . . . Enchiladas Monterrey, tomatillo sauce on both, black beans on the side. My Mexican food heaven. :)
